Hertz.com Keeps Getting Better

What a difference one year can make, when your web team is passionate about making improvements to customersi online experience. Recently an independent company that benchmarks best practices among websites, Keynote, surveyed customers to rank Hertz.com. In three categories we received a first place ranking, and skyrocketed from tenth place to third place in the Customer Service category. The enhancements added in the past year such as click-to-call, live chat, improvements in search function, and a host of aesthetic and design improvements are really resonating with customers.
