Detailed Terms

1. Subject of the Contest

The Private Capital Company under the name "Socialab Advertising P.C.", headquartered in Agios Dimitrios, Attica (8 I. Metaxa Street) (hereinafter referred to as Socialab), has undertaken to organize, on behalf and for the account of the company under the name “AUTOHELLAS TOURISM AND COMMERCIAL S.A.” and the distinctive title “AUTOHELLAS Hertz”, headquartered in Kifissia, Attica, 31 Viltanioti Street, 14564 (hereinafter referred to as “Autohellas Hertz”), the present contest titled “Eurobasket 2025” (hereinafter “the Contest”), in accordance with the following terms of participation (hereinafter “Terms”), which will be posted and continuously updated during the duration of the Contest on the official website of Autohellas Hertz (hereinafter “Website”).

The purpose of these terms is to determine the conditions of participation in the Contest for every interested party, as well as the process for the selection of winners within the framework of this Contest.

Participation in the Contest automatically constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms, as well as the procedure described herein and the outcome of the Contest, without any further formality or process.

2. Right to Participate

Only natural persons who are permanent residents of Greece, holders of a Greek Tax Identification Number (AFM), who are at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for at least one (1) year, are eligible to participate in the Contest. The driving license may be Greek, European (EU member states), or International (for countries outside the EU). Employees of the Autohellas Hertz group and Socialab, as well as their first- and second-degree relatives and spouses, are excluded from the draw.

Participation in the Contest requires access to the Internet at the participants’ own technical means and expenses. Socialab or Autohellas Hertz will not be held responsible if, for any technical reason, submission of participation is temporarily not possible in their system and/or those of third parties acting on their behalf. Autohellas Hertz and Socialab do not assume any obligation to ensure or facilitate Internet access or provide any assistance to participants. Access to the Website is only permitted under the operating terms of the respective server and the technical and other requirements and specifications of the Contest. Furthermore, Autohellas Hertz and Socialab shall not be liable for any charges incurred by participants/users due to the above reasons.

Participation in the Contest does not create any rights against Socialab and Autohellas Hertz or their assets, including intellectual and industrial property rights.

3. Duration of the Contest

The Contest will take place from June 18, 2025, at 09:00 until June 30, 2025, at 23:59 (hereinafter “Duration”).

After the Contest ends, no entries will be considered.
It is explicitly clarified that valid entries are only those submitted within the duration of the Contest. After the end of the Contest or any shortening of its duration, entries will no longer be possible, and already submitted ones will be considered automatically invalid and have no effect, not binding anyone, considered lawfully revoked and null. This is equivalent to withdrawal. In such cases, participants explicitly, unconditionally, and irrevocably agree that they do not acquire any right or claim against Autohellas Hertz and Socialab, nor are they entitled to request continuation of the concluded Contest, delivery of undelivered prizes, or any further compensation.

4. Methods of Participation in the Contest

Each participant in the Contest must act legally, according to good faith and transactional ethics, and in accordance with the Contest’s terms posted on the Autohellas Hertz website.

Otherwise, Autohellas Hertz and Socialab reserve the right to cancel the participant’s entry and take any legal action.
Participation in the Contest requires full and unconditional acceptance of the present terms and compliance with the following procedure:

1. The participant must have attended at least one (1) game of the Eurobasket Women 2025 on any of the following dates: 18/6, 19/6, 21/6, 24/6, 25/6, 27/6, or 29/6/2025. Additionally, they must follow Autohellas Hertz on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/hertzgreece/).
2. The participant must have validated their ticket in any legal and recognizable way, which may be requested for confirmation at any stage of the contest.
3. Participation is possible via a digital entry form available at hertz.gr/eurobasket.
4. Each participant is entitled to one (1) or more entries depending on the number of tickets they have validated.
5. Entries that do not meet the above criteria or are incomplete, misleading, or late, will be considered invalid and will not be taken into account during the winner selection process.
6. Autohellas Hertz and Socialab reserve the right to verify the validity of each entry by requesting proof (such as ticket, ID, driver’s license, residence permit, etc.) and to exclude any entry deemed misleading or not in accordance with the contest terms.

By participating in the Contest, the participant declares responsibly that they accept all Contest terms, which will be posted on the Autohellas Hertz website throughout the Contest duration, as defined above.

5. Winner Selection
   From the valid entries to the Contest, one (1) winner will be selected among the participants through a draw, as well as one (1) runner-up. The draw will take place on 07/07/2025 after 17:00 at the offices of Socialab among the validly submitted entries. The draws are conducted using electronic means, which ensure the randomness of the selection and the impossibility of human intervention during the winner selection process. If, for any reason, the draw cannot be held on the aforementioned date and time, Autohellas Hertz and Socialab reserve the right to change the date and time of the draw with prior notice.

The winner will be announced through the official Autohellas Hertz account on the social media platform Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/@hertzgreece, via a comment under the video post of the contest.

The contest winner will be notified by phone and via email, based on the contact details they provided in the entry form. The winner must then respond within two (2) working days in order to confirm their details and submit proof/a screenshot showing that they follow the Autohellas Hertz Instagram account (@hertzgreece), so that the prize delivery process can proceed. Failure to respond on time or to confirm the details results in forfeiture of the prize, without any further obligation on the part of Autohellas Hertz and/or Socialab.

If the winner does not respond within one (1) day from the above communication, Autohellas Hertz will contact the runner-up. If communication is also not possible with the runner-up, the prize is cancelled.

To secure the prize, the winner will be contacted by phone or email by the Leasing department of Autohellas Hertz, in order to provide their information and sign the leasing agreement so that the lease of the KIA Stonic vehicle with a manual transmission can begin. These actions must be completed no later than five (5) working days from the date the winner is notified. If the winner does not claim the prize within this period, Autohellas Hertz is released from the obligation to deliver the prize, and the winner cannot under any circumstances claim the cash value of the prize instead of the prize itself.

To receive and use the KIA Stonic vehicle with a manual transmission, the winner is required to sign and accept the terms of the relevant leasing agreement with AUTOHELLAS S.A., to hold a valid driver’s license, and to meet the leasing eligibility requirements as described in these terms and in the terms of the leasing agreement.

Autohellas Hertz is released from the obligation to deliver the prize in cases where the contest participation terms have not been observed in any way.

6. Prize/Gift:
   The contest will designate one (1) winner, who will win a free car lease of a KIA Stonic with a manual transmission. The lease duration is 24 months from the date of vehicle delivery, with a total mileage limit of 30,000 km (15,000 km per year). The vehicle will be delivered following relevant notification, no later than December 30, 2025.

The prize is strictly personal, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash or other goods, and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or leasing program of Autohellas Hertz.

7. Benefits
   The vehicle pick-up and return will take place at the central offices of Autohellas Hertz (31 Viltanioti St., Kato Kifisia, 145 64).

The lease includes:
• Full maintenance and repairs
• Tire replacement
• Bodywork repairs
• Civil liability insurance
• Fire/theft coverage
• Coverage for own damages, partial theft, glass breakage, malicious acts, terrorist acts, natural disasters
• Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
• Road tax
• Roadside assistance / accident care 24/7
• Temporary replacement vehicle for up to 10 days per year in case of breakdown or accident
• Replacement in the event of total loss or theft

The winner will be responsible for:
• A security deposit at the time of vehicle pick-up, which is refundable after inspection
• Any costs exceeding the 30,000 km mileage limit
• Any fines/violations or liability in the event of an accident

Additionally, Autohellas Hertz and Socialab bear no criminal or civil liability towards any winner or third party for any accident that may occur and/or any damage and/or physical or material harm directly or indirectly related to the prize, its use by the winner, cases of the winner’s liability in causing an accident or misuse of the vehicle according to all terms of the lease agreement to be signed, or for any other reason. Autohellas Hertz and Socialab are not responsible for any defects or lack of agreed-upon characteristics in the prize and do not assume any obligations towards the participants.

Autohellas Hertz is released from the obligation to deliver the vehicle for the 24-month lease, as described above, in cases where the contest participation terms have not been fulfilled in any way.

8. Explicit Statement / Consent / Acceptance of Participants
   All Participants acknowledge, declare, and explicitly and unconditionally accept that:
   (a) The entry ticket with which they participate in the contest does not belong to any third natural or legal person but to themselves.
   (b) They are adults, aged twenty-one (21) years or older.
   (c) Their personality, health, and/or physical integrity is not infringed upon or harmed in any way by their participation in the Contest.
   (d) Their participation in the Contest does not violate the personality rights or intellectual or industrial property rights, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any third party.
   (e) They expressly consent to Autohellas Hertz or Socialab using the personal data they voluntarily provide for the purposes of the contest, in the manner described above.
   (f) They provide free consent and authorization to Socialab for the promotion of the Contest and its results, including the announcement of names, on the internet (including but not limited to the Socialab website and its affiliated companies’ websites and/or Autohellas Hertz, YouTube, etc.) and/or on social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook/Instagram/TikTok, etc.).
   The Company reserves the right to use and publish any news material related to the conduct and results of the Contest at its sole discretion. Participants grant the right to use opinions that any attending participants may express via TikTok, as well as any related facts, for advertising purposes, without any obligation of prior notice and without constituting an infringement of their personality rights.
   If any of the cases described in Article 9 occur, Autohellas Hertz and Socialab reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disregard the participation of the specific participant or, in the event they have been selected, not to declare them as the winner and not to award any prize for that reason.
   (g) They waive any judicial or extrajudicial action against the Company in the event they are deemed to be disqualified from the Contest for reasons stated in these Terms of Participation.

9. Disqualification of Participants
   Autohellas Hertz and Socialab reserve the right to disqualify from the Contest, at any stage of its conduct, any participant who, in their opinion, is likely to have used (or attempted to use) unfair means regarding their participation or has violated (or attempted to violate) any of these detailed terms. Unfair means include, but are not limited to, the use of devices, tools, computers and/or software to facilitate automated or multiple entries without human intervention, interception, etc.

Additionally, entries with content that offends public decency and good morals or present ambiguities or other technical defects will not be accepted. Entries containing abusive, vulgar, defamatory, dangerous, racist content, promoting competing products, offending human dignity, or generally contrary to applicable laws or otherwise inappropriate in the sole discretion of the Company will also be canceled.

Any of the winners can be disqualified at any stage for the following reasons:
(a) If, for any reason, the participant violates any of the present Terms, does not fully accept these Detailed Terms, or does not meet the conditions of any of the Terms, all of which are considered essential, or withdraws their consent for the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data, or if any of their submitted information is false. (b) Any action or behavior by a participant deemed illegal, abusive, or in breach of contract will entitle the organizer to exclude them completely from the contest without further notice, and to cancel the prizes if, for any reason, communication with the winner is not possible within a reasonable time, which cannot exceed five (5) days after selection by Autohellas Hertz, as described above.

10. Cancellation of Contest / Modification of Terms / Liability

Autohellas Hertz and Socialab reserve the right, unilaterally, without any prior notice and at their sole discretion, to modify, revoke, extend, or shorten the duration of the Contest, as well as to change its terms and/or cancel the Contest, with an announcement on Social Media.

In such cases, Autohellas Hertz and Socialab bear no responsibility towards the participants and/or any third parties.

Autohellas Hertz and Socialab shall not be held responsible for entries that were not successfully completed due to technical errors, hardware or software malfunctions, satellite, network, or server failures of any kind.

The decision of Autohellas Hertz and Socialab regarding any aspect of this contest is final and binding, and no communication of any kind will be entertained.

In the event that the contest is canceled, participants acquire no rights against Autohellas Hertz, nor are they entitled or authorized to request its continuation or any compensation.

Under no circumstances shall Autohellas Hertz be liable for any direct or indirect damages, costs, or expenses that may arise from any interruption, malfunction, delay, or any other cause related to the Contest or its cancellation.

11. Trademarks / Intellectual Property

Participants do not have, nor do they acquire, any rights over the trademarks, names, signs, emblems, and other distinctive marks of the Autohellas Hertz Group or Socialab.

12. Personal Data

Autohellas Hertz is the “Data Controller” of the personal data of the Participants for the purposes of the contest, while Socialab is the “Data Processor” on behalf of the Controller.

Autohellas Hertz makes every effort to securely and accurately collect, safeguard, and process the personal data it collects within the framework of the Contest, as defined by applicable Greek and European legislation.

Participation in the Contest implies the explicit and unconditional consent of the participants for the recording of personal data in a file maintained by Autohellas Hertz and Socialab, solely for the purpose of smoothly conducting the Contest, selecting the winners, and awarding the prizes to the winners.

The Company will keep the participants’ data in an electronic or paper database for the purposes of the contest, in order to manage the data exclusively and solely for conducting the Contest.

Also, if the participant gives the relevant special consent, this data may be used (processed) for future direct commercial promotion of the Company’s products or services.

Autohellas Hertz and Socialab may retain the data collected during the Contest for up to six (6) months after the contest ends. The data will be retained for this period because there may be runners-up, or a winner may decline their prize, or someone may contest the contest.

The participant has the right at any time to exercise any of the rights provided under Articles 16-22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (i.e., correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability) by sending a relevant email to info@hertz.gr.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

Participants irrevocably, unconditionally, and exclusively transfer to Autohellas Hertz all intellectual property rights worldwide and forever, without limitation, over audiovisual material, photographs, sound recordings, videos, as well as comments they submit, and any other intellectual works that may arise during the Contest and their participation in it (hereinafter, the “Works”).

This transfer is without any time, geographic, or other restrictions, so that the Company becomes the exclusive owner of the Works and has the full and exclusive right to exploit them, as well as the right to grant them to any third party regarding the use and exploitation of the Works, by any means and in any form, whether currently existing or invented in the future, for the entire duration of the protection of these rights, including any possible extensions and renewals thereof, and subsequently, where possible, indefinitely.

This transfer is made without the participant being entitled to any compensation.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute that may arise regarding the Contest and the application of these detailed terms of participation will initially be resolved amicably.

In any case of judicial resolution of the dispute, the Courts of Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and Greek law shall apply. Any provision of the above terms found to be contrary to the law shall automatically cease to apply, without affecting the validity of the remaining detailed terms.
