FREE CAR UPGRADE

Gold Miles+Bonus members are entitled to a free car category upgrade from Autohellas Hertz (in Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Romania, Serbia, Montenegro, and Croatia) simply by showing their card at the rental counter, subject to availability. The free upgrade cannot be combined with other offers and does not apply to the following vehicle categories: electric, luxury, commercial vans and mini buses.

Redeem miles for car rentals!

Miles+Bonus members can redeem their collected miles for partial or full payment of their car rental with Hertz in Greece, easily and instantly through the following ways:

On hertz.gr & at Hertz branches. Members who wish to redeem Award Miles must have an active Miles+Bonus account with redemption rights. This is valid for rentals in Greece.

The redemption ratio for online or in-branch rentals in Greece is 300 award miles for every 1 euro spent. The minimum number of miles you can redeem is 1,500 miles per transaction.

Notes:

Miles redemption payment is valid exclusively for Hertz car rentals in Greece.
Miles can only be redeemed by the Miles+Bonus account holder, who must also be listed as the primary driver on the rental agreement.
Presentation of the Miles+Bonus membership number is required.
To complete any redemption, the member must have a valid mobile number registered in their Miles+Bonus contact information. A confirmation code will be sent via SMS and email, which is valid for only a few minutes and must be provided immediately to the Hertz representative or entered in the appropriate field if the payment with Miles+Bonus is done through the hertz.gr website.
The miles will be automatically deducted from the member’s account upon completion of the redemption.
Security deposits are excluded from the miles redemption option.
The member earns miles from the rental, according to the terms of the Program.
Miles+Bonus Members eligible for redemption with the partner are those who have completed registration and have at least 1 flight registered with AEGEAN, Olympic Air, or any Star Alliance airline in their Miles+Bonus account.
