Instructions & List of Partner Vehicle Inspection Centers
Technical Inspection Instructions (KTEO)
To complete the KTEO technical inspection, we recommend that you visit one of the following partner KTEOs, bringing a photocopy of your vehicle registration certificate with you. The transaction is made by credit card, so you will not receive an invoice. Once the inspection is complete, please send us a scanned copy of the Technical Inspection Report to kteo@hertz.gr.
- If you choose to have the inspection carried out at a non-affiliated vehicle inspection center, you will have to cover the cost yourself. Next:
Ask the vehicle inspection center to issue an invoice marked PAID TO AUTOHELLAS ATEE, 31 Viltanioti Street, Kifissia 145 64, Tax Identification Number 094005806, Athens Tax Office. - Take the original Technical Inspection Certificate, scan it together with the invoice, and send them to kteo@hertz.gr. The original Technical Inspection Report must remain in the car.
- Please provide us with your IBAN number so that we can refund the amount you were charged.
Please note that until we receive the Technical Inspection Report (TIR) electronically in a clearly legible format, the company's system will not be able to be updated. This means that you may continue to receive notifications even though the inspection has been completed.
Finally, we remind you that in the event of a late inspection, you will be charged the corresponding fine.
